Abono Transportes: Monthly Pass Preparation Service

1. Fill out the form on-line or come into our office at Calle del Correo, 4, 3-9 (Metro: Sol) from Monday to Friday 9am-11am or 5pm-8pm to fill out the form in person.

2. Send us an Identification Card / passport size photo / picture of yourself via e-mail: info@madridinsider.com or come into our office and get your photo / picture taken.  See photographic Services.

3. Pay the €5 fee on-line through Paypal (Paypal charges a 5% service fee) or come into our office during our business hours and pay the €5 fee in person.

We will go to an official distribution point, transfer all of your information to the official form, submit your picture, pay the processing fee on your behalf and collect your Pass.  All you will have to do is come into our office to pick up your card or have it brought to you as part of one of our packages.

1. Choose a Zone.  (Zones are: A, B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, B1-B2)

2. First Name.

3. Last Name.

4. 2nd Last Name. (Mother's Maiden Name).

5. Date of Birth.  Day / Month / Year.

6. D.N.I. or Passport number.

7. Madrid Address. (If you do not have one, I will provide one for you).

8. Street.  Number.  Entrance.  Door.

9. Postal Code.  (Should be 28XXX).

10. Municipality.

11. Madrid Contact Telephone number. (If you do not have one, I will provide one for you and contact you by e-mail if needed).
